Initiate Your Return
Log into your DECOVRY account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging; for fragile home decor and furniture, please use the original protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned design piece, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
